The resort is quite nice. It’s located a bit further away from Ao Nang Beach, but they have a free shuttle.
The staff were good, and the food was good.
They have some good tour available for purchase at the hotel.
The rooms are a bit dated, but clean.

The room didn't have a microwave which I felt was odd and inconvenient. There was no way to reheat my leftovers. A microwave doesn't cost much and would go a long way as an added feature.

The room was not ready at check-in, but everything else was great. It was a lovely room. We love the West side and are glad we booked there. The breakfast was the best we had in our 12 days in Thailand.
