"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular and the location was excellent! Our room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A couple things to note (as to why I’m not giving 5 stars); the pre-trip communication wasn’t the best, as I tried on numerous occasions to contact the hotel with questions regarding transfers. Also on one of the days, we were enjoying the infinity pool, but a multi-generational family arrived and at least 20 kids were very noisy and disruptive in the pool. They completely took over so we had to leave the pool area as it was unbearable. It ruined what was to be a relaxing pool day. "

"Staff was very lovely but most of them didn’t speak English well so it was difficult to try and ask them things. We had to beg them to come clean the room on the first day but the other days they cleaned it early in the morning. "
