We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Railay was laid back and fun to explore. Right next to the walking street which was super convenient. Our suite had great air conditioning, and the pool was beautiful to swim in. There were lots of animals around, from monkeys to monitor lizards to friendly resort cats. Breakfast was delicious every day with many options to choose from, we especially liked the egg station! Would stay here again.

Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel, since we arrived we were expecting some help from the pier to the hotel. We sent a message to the hotel and they never replied. The worst part of our stay is that we had to leave 1 day early because the room was in an awful shape, the water was dirty to even shower, the door knob was broken and also the sofa was stained. When I went to reception to ask them for help the only option was to change room. The problem is the the property has a maintenance problem so it wouldn’t matter. The cleaning staff are amazing but the reception staff are not as good 0% effort. The location is nice also the swimming pool but for the price I hoped to get something better. The breakfast also need improvement, it was kinda cold and also the fruits where having a lot of insects around it . Otherwise the island is really nice.

The staff was so kind, helpful and professional. The front desk staff was especially very proactive with solving any problem and incredibly friendly and respectful. The back pool and garden was magical and relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered great variety too. The transportation back to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, was incredibly efficient and smooth. We loved our stay at the hotel.

Beautiful location and the hotel is very nice. Two complaints - they have very few lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool or beachfront and they have only one coffee machine, causing long waits for coffee during the breakfast buffet. With some small improvements, this hotel could be wonderful!!

A fabulous hotel which we would highly recommend. We had a Deluxe Pool Side Villa, you will not be disappointed. The rooms are very generous and spacious and felt very modern. Staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout or stay. The site is very clean, as are the pools. We came to Thailand for 2 weeks and booked three hotels and this was our favourite! Thank you for the six nights we spent with you. If there is any way to fit mosquito nets over the bed we'd give you a score of 11/10. As it is, we hope 10/10 is good enough!
