We paid for earlier check in (after 14h travelling) and when we got to the villa there was previous guests and we needed to wait 4h to get in to the Villa. Door locks didn’t work and the pool’s lights didn’t work. Lady who finally came to help us was really nice and polite."

"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make sure every need was met. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The location was perfect, offering both a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We stayed in the loft swim-up suite, and my kids loved the floating breakfast in the pool! We will come back!"
