「I booked my stay at Milky Way Nights Camp last-minute, and Odeh picked me up from the Visitors Center as soon as he learned I was arriving. He booked me a tour, and set everything up very nicely. I changed the itinerary of the tour last-minute, and he was so kind about it despite the fact that I know it was an inconvenience. He saw me through the entire experience in Wadi Rum, even making sure I could get to a bus on time.

Despite being notified of an upgrade from a different camp,the reality fell short. I paid $58 for a triple room with a panoramic view but got a room with no view, just neighboring houses.Bathroom issues were present – no shower door led to water everywhere, and the water heater was unreliable. Staff fixed things quickly, but cold water interruptions were frustrating. Additionally, the towels provided were noticeably overused.I attempted to upgrade...
「It was our first time in Wadi Rum and we were a bit nervous about going into the middle of the desert with a stranger. However, Atallah immediately put us at ease and we had some tea and spoke with him. Then we took a jeep into the middle of the desert. I have never been surrounded by such silence, such stillness, and such beauty. It was really magical and I definitely recommend this experience to anyone.」
