The condo was a quick bus ride to the Gondola via the free bus that stops near the condo or a quick walk to one of the chairlifts via the walkway behind the condo. There is also a great family restaurant a few steps from the condo. The Condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would have given them a 5 star review. I want to make the owners aware that my only complaints are with the management company. I called several weeks prior to my arrival and they couldn’t confirm my reservation, they told me that they did not manage the cInnamon Ridge III C312 condo and that they did not have any bookings for it, I told them that it is listed in their website so they clearly do. The person I spoke with at Summit Resort group was not nice about it (I called VRBO in a panic and they were able to confirm the reservation, connected me with the management company again and I was able to confirm my reservation- it turned out that I had given them my husband’s first name instead of mine, they should have been more patient in finding my reservation, VRBO verified my information within minutes). Additionally, the manual or their email created by the management company clearly states that they have no control over issues with the hot tub so I didn’t bother to call them and tell them that the hot tub did not function properly. It was a mere 88 degrees and I could not get the temperature to increase. Finally, parking - the fact that you have to drive 5-10 mins out of your way to pickup and drop off the parking passes from their office is ridiculous, the passes should be in the condo when you arrive. The passes weren’t even personalized with our name, condo number or dates. It takes away from the keyless check-in. As mentioned, the condo was great but I did not have a great experience with the management company.
