This newly renovated ground floor, corner unit, studio condo sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. It features a bright, open feel. You’re just steps from the lifts and a two-minute drive or free ride on the green line shuttle from River Run Village or Lakeside Village. Slopeside Condominiums offers shared amenities, including two rooftop hot tubs. Renters will have access to a private ski locker during their stay.

The entryway has mounted hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area has a mounted smart TV and an electric fireplace. There are two queen-sized beds and a sofa. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features a small refrigerator and a near-full-sized refrigerator/freezer, two microwaves, and dishwasher. There's a four-person dining area in the living area. The beautifully remodeled bathroom features a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Perfect Location

This condo was so close to the beginners area of Keystone - which was perfect for my family. Peru Express was also equally as close - which was perfect for me as I'm more of an intermediate level skier. The covered parking was also a big plus since we didn't need to deal with walking in the snow to get to our vehicle.The lift ticket office and rental center were right next to the condo as well.

Perfect location for a young family of four

Fully stocked studio steps from Mountain House base area - made everything very logistically convenient to get kids’ ski gear / drop-off for lessons, etc. with ski storage lockers steps away from the slopes. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy and cute!

This condo is perfect for a get a way trip with friends or family. The inside has everything you could need including a stove, dishwasher, fridge, mini oven, and it’s well stocked and the space is utilized to the fullest. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and great communication with property manager.

Steps from the Peru Lift!!

Great location. Came with parking in the garage and lockers for ski equipment. It was steps from the Peru lift and had access to the shuttles to get to other locations.No oven, but it did have a toaster oven. Full and mini fridge with freezer.Beds were comfortable and a nice couch to relax on. Was able to watch tv after a long day of boarding.There are 2 hot tubs available to use before 9pm.I would definitely stay again.

Staff was helpful I broke my tibia and fibula and they was very accommodating. I left place clean dishes all done towels in pile cleaned shower thanks again see you again this winter !! Thanks for y’all’s help with my leg.

Family of 4 ski in / ski out

We loved this property and had an amazing time. It was a tight space for 4 of us but exactly what we needed and expected. There’s a great view from this unit. The hot tubs were right outside our room. The lifts are close (walkable for 8 yo and 11yo) and the locker was very convenient. We will stay here again for sure. I would have liked a slightly deeper coffee table to do a puzzle while also utilizing the kitchen table to eat but the small studio space was maximized to include everything you need while skiing. It was nice to walk for 4-5 min over a scenic small bridge to get coffee from keystoner mountain coffee. It opens earlier than the coffee shop in the mountain house base. The coffee pot in the room also worked great.

Typically, I wouldn’t have any complaints, but the one thing we noticed is that the front door had issues closing. In fact, when we finally arrived to the unit, the front door was open. The only other thing was that we had difficulties actually finding the place. Self-admittedly, it was late at night when we arrived, but the directions weren’t very clear. Other than those two things, the place itself was great. It worked perfect for us and was conveniently located close to the lifts.

When we came back out key cards worked for the garage and the building but NOT our room. Luckily we had one of us who stayed back but had to knock on the windows outside to let us into the room. Not sure why the keys didn’t work for the room but for the garage and building. The lights were out in the bathroom and the kitchen. The screen to the window had a gap in it. The toilet took forever to fill between flushes.

Nice space, check in process terrible

We weren’t aware that we would need to travel to a different location to get our “check in packet” before booking, and may have chosen another easier option if we hand known. Got to the lobby where our keys were supposed to be in a lockbox under our name. They weren’t. Called the office and had to go upstairs to get a key made. The guy in the office was kind and helpful, just an obnoxious process so be prepared for that. Aside from that, the space was nice and photos were accurate. Note that this is ground floor without AC so not much privacy if you want fresh air.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Price was largely our reason for picking this spot, but the studio itself was great. However, we skiied at Arapahoe Basin, so I would recommend staying here if you're going to Keystone only. It's about a mile from River Run Village and we didn't have a car (you have to pick up rental keys from a different location from the unit, about a mile so north), so the location ended up being even more inconvenient for us. The corner unit is nice, but for my sense of security, it's not secure at all (windows all look out into the unit, so we didn't open them). Balcony is also straight from outside, so doesn't make sense for entering building with card but could easily go to "balcony"). Management was professional though and very easy to chat with. Overall, great in some areas; probably just not a great pick for what we needed and wanted

Check in and out were easy and communiction with property management was great. Location ws awesome. Problems - bathroom sink faucet was totally loose. Rust or staining on the base heater in the bath/toilet room. Signs of mold near the old exhaust fan in the bath/toilet room. Instructions on the ski locker weren't correct - we were given a 3 digit code for a Master Lock(lockbox) which needs 4 digits. There was a combo lock on the locker itself but it too was a 4 digit combo. Only there one night so we didn't bother the PM. Small things but it all hurts or helps in the overall experience.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was a great location right on the resort. The location made it very easy to ski in and out. The condo was clean upon arrival however, had a weird smell which lingered the entirety of the stay. The kitchen is also not very useful if you need to cook a meal which made it difficult because a lot of restaurants were closed or difficulty to get to due to the extreme weather. The condo did not have a oven but had a small toaster\air frier on a cart. If you want to eat in, this is not really place for you. A night you could hear every footstep above you. In fact during my stay, it sounded like a herd of elephants were staying above me. The property staff was responsive if sent an email or message through the app. The one thing that was extremely frustrating for someone who has to travel 2.5 hours from the airport is they will charge you an $15 a hour to check in early which is not explained anywhere in the listing.

Convenient and roomy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roomy for two but don't recommend 4 adults as you live out of suitcase or hang nearly everything from wall hooks. Two small drawers under the TV and a few open shelves in the kitchen. Kitchen well equipped with larger fridge than other Slopeside condos. Loved having my own bed and also used it for my clothes as I do not like living out of a suitcase. Ground floor, so need to be discreet or keep blinds closed as people walking by can just look in. My biggest CON is we were not allowed access to the condo ski locker that was in the hallway just outside the door. Instead we were supposed to go in and out of the garage and use a storage locker there. Since the building exit is just outside the condo door, this was MOST inconvenient. We've stayed in several Slopeside condos previously and always had access to the hallway ski lockers. Still frustrated about that. Overall a good stay, convenient location. Roomy bathroom also, with double sinks (and leaky faucets). Also, just basic streaming channels on TV, none of the local and national channels we like to watch.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this rental is location. This unit needs some TLC. None of the blinds worked and one of them was a makeshift paper blind hung in two pieces. So if you want to look at the mountains, you'll have to struggle with pulling the blinds away from the windows for a quick peek. The unit had a terrible smell coming from the sinks- we had to call maintenance, and while very receptive, didn't really solve the issue. Smell was lingering the entire stay. The television reception was terrible, every channel buffered for long periods which made TV watching impossible to enjoy. There are spots in the unit where paint is missing and this immediately gives the impression that the place is well cared for. The large area rug was damp to the touch when we arrived, and gave off a musty smell. The shower curtain in the bathroom was not hung well. The entire unit could use a DETAILED cleaning. Review is average because it didn't meet our expectations for cleanliness and upkeep.
