Best two bedroom at the Springs

The room is definitely the best 2 bedroom and largest at the Springs. The room is very well stocked, only hiccup with management company when requesting extra towels but the owner Tom was great and very accommodating. Great stay and highly recommend this room!

Another great summer vacay in Keystone!

This was our 3rd summer in Keystone and staying at The Springs but our first time staying in this unit. It was perfect! More than enough room and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Very clean, easily accessible and checkin/checkout was a breeze! We hope to come back again next summer!

The Best 2BR at the River Run Springs

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tom and Jennifer’s condo. It was very clean and everything worked great. The balcony has a great view from the top floor. The kids loved the bunk bed. The condo has a lot of space to spread out and relax. This was our sixth time staying at the River Run Springs and by far our favorite. Thank you Tom and Jennifer!

Great Place & Phenomenal Accommodations

We stayed in this Springs penthouse for 4 nights and we enjoyed it immensely. Very spacious with everything you could need, great decor and absolutely perfect location, with a very short walk to the Gondola. We loved the heated pool, hot tubs and steam room after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back. The owners were very easy to work with too.

Wonderful Condo!

This is the best condo that we have stayed in at The Springs. It is very spacious and the kitchen amenities are great, everything you need. The property owner is extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely book again!

River Run Village

We enjoyed our stay at The Springs very much. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and no detail was overlooked by the owners. The check in and out process was seamless. We liked having access to the laundry facility and a heated garage to park the car.

Perfect Place

This is our 2nd year for a girls trip....you won't find a more perfect place for a group. The condo is so spacious and comfortable. We will be back again as soon as possible.

Best place we've stayed in the mountains!

Fantastic property and condo. The Springs building is perfectly located with a 2 min walk to the Village and a 2 min walk to the Gondola. The pool is fantastic.........heated with the water slide plus hot tubs and a fire pit. The kids had a blast. Great condo unit for both parents and kids as the master bedroom is on the other side of the unit from the room with the bunk beds......so everyone gets a little space. We will definitely be coming back to the Springs in Keystone.

Nice condo with a great location!

We really enjoyed the condo....especially how close it was to the Gondola. We came in for lunch everyday and then when right back to skiing.The vaulted ceilings made the place seem much larger. We also loved having 3 full bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable including the murphy bed. It is walking distance to shops and food. Having some games in the ottoman was great for the kids. Hopefully we can come again soon!

Great location! Terrific condo!

We have made numerous ski trips to Keystone, and have stayed in River Run Village almost every time. This condo is, by far, the best condo in River Run that we have ever rented. Very spacious; very clean; very close to the Gondola; very close to ski rentals and restaurants. We arrived on Sunday, Jan. 29, parked in the underground garage, and never left the area until we checked out on Thursday, Feb. 2. The next time we plan to ski Keystone, we will try to rent this condo again.

Great unit! Building quirks (but addressed)

This unit was perfect for our family of three teens and two adults. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The construction next door only slightly impacts the walk to the lifts, and we could barely hear the machinery from this unit. The elevator had a breakdown on Sunday but building management immediately addressed it and it was fixed within 2 hours. The hot tubs and pool are nice, but at least one was closed at all times during our stay. This might have been due to spring breakers, and the maintenance folks were out cleaning so I know they were trying!This may sound silly but there are so many hooks available in the unit and it just makes it so nice to hang up swimsuits, snow pants, jackets, everything - I’ve stayed in a lot of places without sufficient hooks and I really appreciate that detail. The owners were extremely communicative and I would happily stay here again.

Gorgeous!

The condo is amazing! It’s cleN, fully stocked with most anything you would need. The set up was great for our family of 5 who range in age from 6-44 yrs old. Tom communicated with us as needed. The complex met our needs as well! The unit doesn’t have air conditioning but provides plenty of fans that worked just as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Keystone!

Great unit / super-responsive owner

This is a great total package. right at ground zero for ski school/gondola/restaurants. great pool. the unit is great space and finish out. an absolute perfect spot for family. The owner is very conscientious and proactive. Everything went according to plan and he made it so easy. Felt at ease knowing he was so on top of things in the event we had any issues. Would highly recommend this building AND unit. whether walking to dinner or lift, its so easy and effortless.kids loved it as well.

Excellent!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo is very spacious. We stayed here with my two little ones (5 yrs and 1 yr) and they loved the bunk beds. As parents we appreciated that the master suite is separate from the 2nd bedroom to allow for some space and privacy from the kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. We used the BBQ on the balcony a couple times which was a lovely bonus from always having to eat out. In terms of the facility, the pool is fantastic for kids and adults alike. We also enjoyed its proximity to Keystone village - literally 2 minute walk. Overall, I can't recommend this property enough to families.

Keystone condo

The condo was lovely. The master bed was very comfortable, however the guest bedroom had a very hard mattress with hard sheets, which was not pleasant for our guests. There is only one parking pass for the garage and our guests had to figure out where to park without getting fined, which was also an inconvenience. I figure if you have a condo with more than one bedroom, there should be adequate free parking available near the condo.

Amazing condo - The Springs

Our stay was amazing! The condo is beautiful, and close to everything! Walk to the gondola and the slopes... Walk to the shops and restaurants in the River Run Village.. The condo is on the top floor, has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a large balcony, and plenty of room. It has every option you could possibly need, including cable tv and Internet. We were also greeted with a large welcome basket of drinks and snacks. Also available to guests are two hot tubs, a heated pool, a movie theater, ski lockers to store skis, and much more. We are planning to come back to Keystone and will be definitely be choosing to stay here again. I would highly recommend this condo. The owner, Tom, keeps you informed of everything you need to know prior to your arrival, and check in / check out is a breeze.

Nice property, great location

The condo is clean and comfortable. We had a great time staying there. The only issue is it was on the 5th floor and there is only one elevator that services the fifth floor and it was out of service 2 of the four days we stayed there, including the day we checked out. I understand the condo owner isn't directly responsible for the elevator service but this was a major inconvenience. The day we left, we couldn't use the elevator so had to haul all our stuff down the stair way to the fourth floor and then could take the second elevator to the parking garage from there. Once again not the owners fault but was a major hassle that we were not expecting.

Not worth the price we paid

The condo is ok at best . Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere in the building and at neighboring properties . You will pay a lot less -.Naively thought we would be getting an upgrade for the amount we paid . No washer / dryer in the unit , the door doesn't have a key card - you must punch in a 10 digit code every time you enter the condo . So aggravating!!! The blinds were broken - Its a tight space couldn't find a space for our suitcases after we unpacked - I can't imagine having more than 4 people in that condo .

Keystone is a great place and this condo is in the perfect location. Easy walk to everything . We were able to ski Breckinridge and Vail on separate days! The garage parking made it very easy for us southerners. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked in every night. Very comfy sofa!! Loved. It. Thank you for having enough and nice blankets and comforters. We even used the grill one evening. Laundry is right around corner but make sure you bring quarters! Information book is a great help to those who have not been here. Also lots of games in the ottoman. One suggestion for property management. They do not supply enough washcloths or dish towels. We had to do laundry everyday, we probably could have asked but honestly exhausted every time we came back! Thank you for the use of your home! Also. We LOVE the moose picture, where did you get it? Excellent Condo!

I had the pleasure of staying in Unit 8709 from December 13- December 17, 2016. The photos in the description do not do this condo justice! The unit was in pristine condition. The kitchen is much larger in person, and the island provides you with additional sitting area. The balcony is large and provides an amazing view of the snow capped mountains. One evening we were even able to view a firework show up on the mountain from our living room, and balcony area! We were a family of 5, and there was easily room for more people to fit comfortablyour. We did have one small maintenance issue, very minor, that occurred while we were out on the slopes. Tom sent me a text message to alert me of the issue, and that maintenence would be by shortly to fix the issue. By the time we returned to the condo, the issue was fixed, and it was like nothing ever happened. Tom definitely goes above, and beyond to please his customers. The welcome basket in the living room was also a nice touch. The location can't be beat, and the unit itself is amazing! We will be back. Soon!
