Balcony Overlooks Pool & Hot Tub, Close to Gondola & Short Walk to Shops

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed and a double-sized bunk bed. It features a private patio with views of the shared pool and hot tub. Updated kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy sectional. Just off the living area is the private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views of the courtyard with the shared pool and hot tub. Perfect for keeping watch to see when the hot tub is empty before you head out.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there is one additional chair. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

The apartment was in great condition, clean, everything in kitchen was clearly labeled and working properly, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, common area was really nice, and right outside the patio was access to heated pool and hot tub. Parking in heated garage means we didn't need to lug our stuff in and out. Plenty of nice restaurant and grocery options within walking distance. Just a short drive to A-basin.

Being on the ground floor provides easy access to the pool and hot tub. Overall condo was clean and cozy. Everything needed to cook and prepare food. On the smaller side for a family, but functional enough. You have to pull the dining room table out to use it then put it back when done. Overall great experience. The pool area had some roped off areas that need maintenance, but didn’t stop anyone from enjoying the water.

We are a family of 5, so having two bedrooms and a living area, all separate, really helped us get the most out of our stay and not drive each other nuts. The unit was clean, quiet, and convenient to the pool/hot tub. The ski locker fits 3 snowboards and a pair of skis. The only negative experience was that we weren’t able to get I to the unit u til 5:30 instead of the advertised 4:30.

Perfect Ski getwaway!

Loved the location of this property! Just a short walk to the lift and restaurants. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids (11 and 13). Just a short walk to the gondola and restaurants, and next to the ice rink! We enjoyed the hot tub, and loved being on the 1st floor of the unit! Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Weekend Wonder

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The amenities both at Expedition Station and within this rental property were top notch! Location, location, location! situated just inside River Run … within walking distance to EVERYTHING to include the Gondola!. We will book this property again in the very near future. My family had a truly wonderful experience in Keystone and enjoyed the comfort of this unit. It's a must do!
