"We travel all the time and usually things go smoothly. This was by far the worst check in we have ever experienced. It is hard to imagine what the clerk was doing as he sat and stared at the computer screen, but it couldn't have been filing in any registration software. It took almost 35 minutes for him to give us the key and then they didn't have a handicap room as we had booked. The room was fine, the bed was really comfortable and the location was fantastic, but the clerk? Who knows."

We did a last minute check in due to issues with another place we were planning on staying at, and we had our room confirmed within 2 minutes of booking and check in went smoothly. Staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
