Just a last minute trip to Key West. We wanted to just relax, eat seafood, and listen to some good music. This was the perfect location for us. Everything was within five blocks.
The AC didn’t work properly and the only outlet in the bathroom was behind the door. The hot tub/pool’s water was freezing. The room didn’t feel secure because several of the key pads weren’t working. This room definitely wasn’t what we expected and we were greatly disappointed. It was close to normal tourist attractions
Perfect home base for a weekend bachelor/ette celebration! Close enough to Duval to get everywhere on foot, but out of the fray enough to have a quiet night of sleep. King bed was an unexpected luxury!
Loved the fact we had an assigned parking spot. Location was within walking distance to great restaurants on the harbor and others. We parked the car and never used it until we left. The management was attentive and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Disappointed with the room considering the cost. Was expecting more
Very Clean & Cozy. Excellent communication & check in. Great Porches. Close to everything. We parked our car & didn’t move it until we left.
The only thing I would have changed was there was no full length mirror in our room but honestly in key west who cares what u look like :)

very convenient to Duval St, Schooner Wharf, Mallory Sq.Barking dog in room next door went on for hours. Called mgmt. Not sure what they did because it persisted.
Timely check in. Great communication
For property to be a one room unit could have been cleaner. Attention to detail... could have been ceiling fan and lighting should have been cleaned, caulk in shower had mold as well as the shower curtain. Such an easy fix to all above.

Room does not look like pictures. Shower dripped entire time. Couldn’t turn off bathroom lights. No plugs for cell phones. Kuerigcoffee pods, no cream, no sugar. Spend the extra money and stay at Hyatt!
Great central location with nice second floor balcony view . An historic property with a lot of charm, but in need of a lot of small improvements. Most importantly the WiFi significant was essentially nonexistant in the room although available in the back courtyard of the property. This problem was reported but never solved during our stay. The wall AC unit is very effective in keeping the room cool, but is VERY noisy; one of us would have had little sleep if they hadn't brought earplugs. The floors throughout the unit really need to be cleaned! The bed has a premium (very stiff) matress but is so high one of us could have used a step stool to get into bed. There is also a general lack of counter space and there are no chairs of any kind.
This was pretty much the perfect location! It was a very quick walk to the heart of Duval Street. Having a designated parking spot right at the property was a plus for us because we rented a car and drove down. We had a little trouble getting in the door but the property manager was VERY responsive and helped us get in really quickly (honestly, it was probably my fault - I think I missed a text with an updated code). The bed/pillows were very comfortable. There is a window air conditioner that is pretty loud, but my husband and I like that kind of noise. I usually sleep a little hot and this was no exception. I was hot at night - a fan would have been nice. But for most people, the temperature is probably pleasant. It was nice having the microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was a nice size - just note that I didn't see anywhere close to the mirror to plug in the hair dryer - I wished I would have had an extension cord. Overall, this is a great property with a parking spot and a pool. My husband and I hope to stay here again!
