UNIT LAYOUT: First Floor has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living and dining. Also has a front covered terrace and a back patio that faces the saltwater lagoon and pool entrance. ✔ Second floor has a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king and a set of twin bunks. Second bedroom has a King bed.

The place was perfect! My kids loved the location and amenities. We were right next to the lagoon and south pool which was very convenient. The beds/linens were soft, and the showers were fantastic. Other people in the community were respectful and polite. We really enjoyed this property.

The condo was in an excellent condition. Everything you could need or want was inside and the views from the front porch and balcony were great. The decor was relaxing and thoughtfully appointed. The hostess was extremely helpful both before and during our stay.

Beautiful, clean condo in great location

We had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo! It has everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the soft sheets and bath towels, comfy beds and tons of pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped, beach towels are provided. Plenty of hot water for showers. Having laundry in the unit complete with detergent was fabulous after our various sandy adventures. Location within the property is ideal with the saltwater lagoon view and easy access to the pools. We loved sitting on the screened in porch every morning and watching the sunrise. Diane, the owner, was extremely responsive to any questions we had and she was also very kind.

The vacation spot you just hate to leave

Key Largo is one of our favorite places to be. This trip was nothing less than proof of that. The resort this unit is in is beautiful with many activities for the whole family, which isn’t always a common thing in Key Largo. The condo itself left no disappointment. It was very clean very well decorated and conveniently located. We would highly recommend this unit to anybody looking to enjoy this paradise themselves!

Nice location

This is a nice condo in a lovely little community. It is nicely decorated and is comfortable for a family of four. The only “complaints” were we couldn’t make the downstairs television work (March Madness and all…but we watched on the TVs upstairs), and the sliding glass door rattled pretty badly in the wind the last night we were there. Again, minor things. It really is a lovely condo. Comfortable. Inviting. We’d stay again if we found ourselves in the Keys again.

Great location within a terrific community

The best thing is the location of the unit to the lagoon. Lots of wildlife just outside the door. Very hospitable folks staying there and safe. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at this property. The location of the unit was perfect, right at the start of the lagoon and close to one of the pools. Our favorite was the jetty at sunset and the beach during the day. The host was exceptionally responsive when I contacted her with any questions and we used the owners recommendations for fishing and restaurants, both of which were great! A wonderful family vacation!

Amazing Key Largo Trip

This property is amazing! Safety: I traveled with my adult daughter to Key Largo for a girls weekend. We felt completely secure and safe at this property.Friendliness: Everyone we interacted with at the property was incredibly friendly and welcoming.Property: The property itself was, in my opinion, even better than described! It was clean, welcoming, and had an amazing location at the resort. There was a digital guide offered by the owner for a perfect trip that was incredibly informative.Owner: I had little need to contact the owner as everything from check in to check out was clearly communicated leading up to the trip but I agree with others that the owner was quick to respond and friendly.Overall: I can’t wait to come back. This is an amazing location and property!

Loved our stay!!

We had a great time and enjoyed the pool, playground and walking path. It was great for stroller rides. This house had everything we needed for our vacation. It was very close to great restaurants. We also felt super safe there. The owner was very quick to respond and helped us with whatever we needed. We would definitely come back again.

Great Location, ideal for families

A charming property alongside an amazing saltwater swimming pond full of beautiful reef and local fish. Feeding them is a hoot. Just a short walk to the beach, pools and play areas. Our only critique of the description is that the main bathroom is not en-suite and the 2nd bathroom is downstairs. Fine for families, but for two couples, the privacy is a bit limiting. The owner was very helpful and responsive in dealing with a noisy contractor on site.

Fishing and Family fun

Fishing and family time! Beautiful property, so much to do. We loved snorkeling and the Fantastic fishing charter down the road. We have three teenage boys and they loved the fishing. Caught shark, barracuda and more. Great vacation!

Good unit

Water pressure could be better but that could be all of the units. We had two teens with us and it would greatly benefit with the addition of some pool noodles and a fishing pool. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. A very lovely place with great decor, very clean, good ac, easy check in, and all the tv channels. Plus, minutes away from backyard cafe and shark viewing from the dock. Highly recommended!! Thanks so much!!
