The property offers a variety of fantastic amenities, including a saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, three heated swimming pools, pickleball and tennis courts, a man-made beach, a marina, a walking path around the lagoon, and a children’s playground. These features create a perfect environment for both relaxation and outdoor activities!

There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, including Backyard Cafe at Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House, within walking distance. Also, come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus, also within walking distance from Kawama Yacht Club. This Vacation Rental is Near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park!

The property features a saltwater swimming lagoon with a platform in the center, teeming with local South Florida tropical fish. Guests can snorkel, paddle-board, swim, or kayak, or simply relax on the sandy beach at the end of the lagoon. It's a perfect spot for first-time snorkelers and children, offering a safe and clean environment for everyone to enjoy.

PLEASE NOTE:

BEACHES IN THE KEYS - Please know that the Keys are not known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area" with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.

No more than 8  adults/children at any give time on the property. If this number is exceeded guests will be asked to leave and no refund given.



The marina, boat ramp and boat storage is full to capacity. Pilot House Marina and John Pennekamp State Park is a viable alternative.

2 cars are welcomed per stay with free parking.

Do not store fish or bait for fishing inside the refrigerator of freezer.

The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to reach.
