  • About this space
    RV has Full kitchen with stainless steal appliances - kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker. Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. Bed sheets and bath towels included. Just bring personal necessities. One bathroom/One bedroom with large closet. 2 TV's inside with cable and 1 smart TV outside. Wi-Fi available. Large deck outside furnished with BBQ grill. Bring your bikes or use ours.
    The space
    Campground has a convenient outdoor breezeway with Wi-Fi access along with full public restrooms just across our unit. walk across the street to the pool an kiddie pool plus kids playground. Bring your boat maximum length is 25 feet and reserve a slip at the marina for a fee charged by the campground. Slip reservation is strickly with the office. You can get more information regarding marina fees at the front desk. For convenience, you can also clean your fish right at the marina. Campground also offers Ice and a little shopping store. For fun you can also picnic at the beaches, play shuffleboard and volleyball.
    Guest access
    Guest have access to swimming pool and playground. Just cross over and you're there. Guest will also have access to Laundry Room.

This was a great value and a great location for us to explore the Keys. The camper was cute and fresh. It had obviously been redecorated with love. The outdoor fridge and patio area was wonderful for extra space. The amenities at the campground were great and very clean! Huge heated pool, manatees in the marina, laundry on-site, and so close to Pennekamp and grocery store. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we stayed 1 week instead of 2.

Host was welcoming and we had a great stay. The sleeping conditions was as mentioned (tucked in bunks fit for kids, futon for an adult or kids, and queen for two adults). AC worked well, outdoor seating was great, community was lovely - we didn't use the grill so no idea about it. There were two bikes, but no hamock. Note while there are some basic pots/dishes (and all the towels you needed), you'll need to bring all cooking basics, any pans needed, and soap/shampoo for the shower.
