"The safety of our vehicle was questionable, given too many men were hanging out either outside or in the seating area in the lobby, and I must not have read any reviews, nor did the clerk say there were train tracks next to the hotel, and literally outside our window, when I asked for a quiet room. Thankfully, ear plugs were provided in the room, which drowned out the highway noise, what little train activity occurred during the night, and the competing noisy mini fridge. Having actually slept fairly well, we got up early and went down to unhealthy breakfast offerings of biscuits and cold gravy, cereal, waffles, and breads, with sugary yogurt as the primary source of protein, and sadly, weak coffee. But the staff was friendly, the guests we dined with in the cramped breakfast area were courteous and low-key, and to our relief, our vehicle was untouched."

"Host was terrific/responsive. Everything about the home (and area), with one exception, was Wonderful, such that we'd really like to make our visit an annual event! However, the flooring was a patchwork of wood, concrete, nice! area rugs, and a 2 mini-step into bedroom. So after tripping, we realized we needed to move slow. The non-standard 2- 4 inch steps into bedroom needed strong demarcation and disclosure in VRBO description; my spouse and dog tripped and I fell twice (thankfully no broken bones). I'm confident the host will rectify this because they clearly love their home and property, with all its coziness and well-thought amenities!!"

"The staff is amazing. The building and rooms are dated but decently clean. The only complaint I have is that the listing said breakfast was offered but it wasn't breakfast, it was fruit and nutrigrain bars. "

"The stay was great. Very friendly staff and easy check-in process. The room was spacious and the handicap accessible bathroom offered a large shower space and bench. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the highway."

"Nobody there to check me in. Property is a dump. Very misrepresented in the website and the review rating shown. I drove on and guess I have to eat the charge! Lesson learned!"

"Nice cabin. Brought my wife to do a little turkey hunting nearby. The only turkeys we saw were in the front yard while we drank our coffee at 5:30. My wife got some nice pictures, and didn't have to shoot anything or pluck any feathers. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"This cabin is cozy, beautiful & very clean! We enjoyed the fireplace and lots of stocked wood. The hostesses are very accommodating. Bathroom and kitchen are both stocked with supplies needed for the weekend. Can't wait to come back!"
