I loved staying there
Better up your service and empty out your damn mailbox so your residents can contact you if they need something. Have available parking space for guests.
Book somewhere else! Anywhere else!!
Did get any sleep because of the noise
Staff needed to be more friendly towards guests. And be attentive towards what guests say/request. Then it might be a great hotel.
