First of all,complimentary tour was amazing! I would’ve never known all the stores behind it and our tour guide was so pleasant and informative.
Room- the front door had a hole on the bottom.
Front desk check in - very accommodating and felt sincere welcoming.
Cleaning crew- nicely done and pleasant when meet on the hallway
Bell boys - many times we were in and out never got the greetings or even offer to help with luggage.
Inside the Iron gate way- we were sitting out and homeless came up to the next chair and park himself to sleep during the day.
HOTEL- is beautiful! I wished we had little tighter security.
