Great condo for late spring skiing

Our family enjoyed this wonderful condo walking distance to the River Run base area. Clean and well stocked with some nice welcome touches (popcorn, coffee). Very good communication with Michael’s Vacation Rentals before and during our stay. Well lit and all appliances worked great. We enjoyed the community hot tub. Quiet area in early spring. Walking distance to everything in town.

winter wonderland

Very nice unit - fireplace running as the furnace - which was a great, cozy touch. Shower heads excellent. There is a problem with the front door lock - Cannot use the deadbolt key - Not a big deal, but this should work.

Clean. Practical. Inviting. Great location.

We had 3 adults staying here for an extended weekend ski trip. It couldn't have been more perfect. It has a smart, practical layout with a sizeable bench and lots of hooks right by the door. (IMO, this is a must for any ski property.) The living room has a large, comfortable sectional for lounging around in the evenings. Beds were very also very comfortable. The unit packs in a lot for its size, and I think it's ideal for up to 4 people. Also, the decor throughout the unit is very nice. It felt like a home.. not a sterile rental.It's very close to the hottub and pool. Walking to the Sun Valley base took about 10 minutes. The downtown Ketchum area is also a short 10-minute walk. Finding parking was not an issue. We loved this unit and will definitely be back!

Sun Valley 29029 Trip

Great place! Located right next to a walking path that takes you to River Run Lodge. Stayed here for the 29029 event and it was perfect. 1 min drive to the base of the mountain. (Minor things that are fixable and did not impact our trip: key lock on door is very sticky and needs to be replaced. Loft ceiling beam is a little low for tall people. Main bedroom window is difficult to close).

My friends and I greatly enjoyed the location and comfort of this property. It was clean and comfortable, and only a short walk to town and to the ski lift. We would definitely stay here again!

Holiday break

We stayed here with our daughter and son in law. The condo is very comfortable and within walking distance of Ketchum and river run base area and close to a bus stop. Laundry is in a separate building and coin operated which is a bit of a hassle in today’s cashless world.

The place needs some upgrades

The place was not as clean as I would expect. To much mold in the tub/shower and upstairs shower. Coffee rings on the night stands and dust on areas that have not been touched is several weeks. The beds need to be replace with something more comfortable. To hard for us older folks. The upstairs shower still had soap from someone that stayed before us. With more cleaning and newer beds, this would be a great place to stay. Also replace the shower curtains and get rid of the mold.

Great place!

We stayed for 6 days during the Sun Valley figure skating competition and loved the condo and the location. Close to the rinks at Sun Valley and close to the shops and restaurants in Ketchum. We will definitely try to book again for future stays.

Great little condo

Condo was great… kitchen had what we needed, Wi-Fi worked wonderful, the condo is a bit dated but was clean and fully functional. My only slight gripe would be there is a photo of a wrap around deck in the listing, but that is for the unit below this unit. This unit only has a small balcony for outdoor space. Great stay for a family of 3.

Property manager was especially responsive when we had questions or needed additional supplies.

Location was convenient. Unit was well stocked and kitchen nicely outfitted. Very comfortable furnishings. The property manager was great. We used the hot tub and facilities at the rec building often. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Perfect location and the most cozy and comfortable condo. Michael was a great host and made sure we had a great stay. We enjoyed being able to walk to ski and to town. The condo was well equipped for cooking and relaxing in and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Close to Lift and Downtown

Perfect size for 2 couples. The kitchen is well equipped. The unit is thoughtfully organized to store various ski clothing items and accessories so that they are kept out of the way. It’s quiet and comfortable with a decent view of the mountain. The lift and gondola are an easy walk away, as is downtown Ketchum. Michael is an attentive host. I think this is one of the better values to be found in Ketchum.

Last minute ski weekend

A family member who hasn't skied in a while said she wanted to go with me this season - a very welcome invitation. Condo 102 was open and looked nice so we booked. It was a little hard to find in the dark. Smartphone maps sent us to the wrong building. The buildings need to have illumination on the condo numbers. Great storage for all our gear. Nice kitchen and it is well stocked. The corkscrew is broken so bring your own. Couldn't figure out the fireplace. Owner is looking into fixing it. TV system is nice. You can download the Sonos app and play your favorite radio stations via the TuneIn plugin. It would be nice if the Spotify plugin was enabled. Easy walk to town. Got the bus nearby to get to the lodges. We would stay here again when skiing.

Perfect location for ski days.

Location was awesome -300 yards to bus stop for Sun Valley, hot tub super hot, unit was exactly as described. Fire place was great however, at night we would turn down the heat and somehow it would come back on at very high temp. I let owner know to pass along instructions for how to work the system. I also has to ask for hair dryer and they brought right away, very responsive. would highly recommend. If we get back we know were we will stay. I would suggest you read the guest book on your first day. I sat my book on top of it and didn't see until end of our trip and the details in the book were very helpful.
