Helvellyn House, as the name implies, was formerly a single dwelling which has latterly been converted into two apartments. This is the ground floor apartment which is an added benefit for guests with walking difficulties.

Great Base for North Lakes
Located a stone's throw from the town centre, the property is well placed. The kitchen appears to have just been renewed. The double bedroom is noticeably colder than the rest of the property so extra bedding would be required in winter. There's an off road car parking space which is needed due to street parking being so congested. Overall, a pleasant facility in a central location.

Nice apartment, everything you would need. Back bedroom gets cold on a night but we just used an extra blanket. Could do with a lick of paint but apart from that great place to stay.
