「Beim Bezug unseres Zimmers fiel uns auf, dass die Duschtür defekt war. Ein Stuhl hatte ein geknicktes Stuhlbein. Der Kühlschrank / Minibar war ohne Funktion. Hausmeister reparierte flott die Tür, brachte neuen Kühlschrank und auch neuen Stuhl. Der war top und leider der einzige Lichtblick. Das Zustellbett unserer Tochter war so knochenhart, dass sie natürlich mit uns im Doppelbett schlief - Super! Der Teppichboden hatte überall Flecken und ich bekam sogar Schnupfen dort. 「Der Service in der Unterkunft war super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und gut. Das Hotel liegt an dem wunderschönen Golden Beach und hat eigene Liegen was die Suche am Strand erspart. Auch die Bar am Strand ist sehr praktisch. Rundum hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Positives: great breakfast, stunning location by the Mediterranean with island view, large pool area with slides and activities for kids. 「So everything here is top notch. The service and the staff are amazing, the pool villa is a pleasure, the food allthough not that diverse had a good quality and taste. So for an all-inclusive experience it is 5 stars. Not what you would expect but better. 」
