"Excellent and well-maintained facility, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful setting, breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful, diverse, and delicious. It's worth wandering through the expansive property- we kept discovering delightful little areas and lounges to enjoy. We had a ground-floor ocean view room near the infinity pool - highly recommended. Air-conditioning in our room was very nice in hot Mombasa weather.
The only improvement would be having more information on the many optional activities available before arriving - we booked a snorkeling & coral reef tour with an operator, not knowing that was something we could have arranged through Voyager. Also, we got conflicting info on cost for airport pickup. We didn't get a reply to our message, so we finally called the hotel directly - not always an option for international travelers. It all worked out, but the process could have been clearer and simpler.
Overall, an excellent resort experience. We would definitely return."
