Stayed over long weekend of ANZAC weekend, i understand cleaner may be away for weekend but we didnt have fresh towels, or more tea bags to enjoy our stay. Our room hasnt made since we arrived and then leave 3 nights later.
Furthermore, having fancy big bedroom and big bathroom is lovely but night time we struggled to sleep too much light from street and frost door or thick curtains, doesnt help to make it darker because too many windows. The pathway outside lights are flicking all night, traffic light changing all night, are affecting our goid night sleep.
Hence reason i give low reviews

The view from our room was fantastic
One issue was the bathrooms flooded after each shower. Drier did not work well to dry floor mats.
We paid money to open the other bathroom only to find it very dirty and dusty.
The toilet was not cleaned, the drawers to basin had water marks on them. Dust everywhere
Needs more bin liners for all bins.

Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!
