The kitchen and living room have brand new hardwood floors, updated cabinetry, backsplash, and granite countertops. The kitchen is replete with every type of cooking or baking utensil or tool you could possibly need. You will not feel without in this kitchen.
The outside is fenced and gated with three beautiful garden beds surrounding the backyard. The backyard is shared with a 'mother-in-law' suite that is also used as an Airbnb.
