「The room they had for me was not ready. When I went in the room it was used and not clean. Paulina the desk consultant was fantastic! She immediately apologized and set me up with another room that was ready and clean within minutes. Her kindness and expediency in remediating the situation was exemplary! Thank you! 」
「Room/facility is a bit dated, yet met my needs. Having a $7 charge for breakfast seems a bit petty...why not just increase the room price by $10 with "free breakfast"? 」
「The 2 distractions were chain smoking guests on the 3rd floor. Reported to the front desk after a few hours. Unfortunately, the smelly odor permeated through the walls. Secondly, i was awakened atv2,30 am-4:30 am by repetive music. Couldn't go back to sleep. Then the cigarette smoke started again. Lastly, there's a 100.00 deposit required. Not a problem. Just unexpected.」
