Great location between Marigny/the French Quarter withing walking distance to Frenchman and Bourbon Streets. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and the property really had that quintessential New Orleans feel to it.

Loved the style and vibe of this hotel. Room and decor were very cool. Room was very clean, although, there was some dust on the baseboards. It was also stocked with beverages and snacks, which was very convenient. Staff was friendly, offering easy check-in and check-out. Valet was fast and polite.

Was told we didn't need to reserve the shuttle, just to go down 10 min early but when we got there was told the shuttle was full. There was no urgency to go and return by the driver. Said he'd return in about 10-12 minutes....30 minutes later, he still wasn't back. We ended up getting an Uber. Room ...

The place needs maintenance done. The elevator stops abruptly and almost makes us all fall down. I saw no certification for the elevator anywhere. We're short on towels everyday.
