「The accommodation itself was nice, however the overall service was disappointing. We had a reservation for dinner, yet it took nearly two hours from ordering for our meals to be served, with no explanation or apology for the delay. Unfortunately, breakfast the following morning was much the same, with a wait of almost 1.5 hours from ordering until our meals arrived. It is also worth noting that some of the paths to the rooms are particularly steep and can become quite slippery when wet. We...

「Unfortunately, the two days we stayed there were very windy and rainy. However, the condition of the facility was absolutely fine, and the atmosphere would have been a little different if it had been peak season when Cairns beach itself was bustling. We were not bothered by noise from other rooms during our stay, so we recommend this facility if you want to enjoy Cairns quietly.」
