「The cottages are very tired and in desperate need of renovation. Our toilet seat was cracked, tiles were cracked and paint chipped. Two of the blinds were broken, very run down!」

「The hotel, restaurant and coffee shop were bustling with New Year revellers. The hotel accommodation is rustic. Rooms are bit too small for the size of the beds - no space for luggage. Plenty of options for a pint or a bite to eat, either in the hotel itself or in the village. Great spot for scenic walks and the smokehouse at the back does some great fayre. Staff are friendly and accommodating. 」

The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation.
