「A clean, well-furnished and extremely comfortable appartment in the heart of Kendal. The location was ideal and we all slept ever so well in the very comfortable beds.All the communication for parking and checking in was really helpful and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!」

「When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. The apartment was advertised to have a king sized bed and it was an extremely hard queen sized bed. The first plate and fork rhat I went to use were bith dirty. Part of the hose fell off of the shower and the shower was either burning hot or freezing cold. When I tried to contact the host about these problems I did not receive a reply. This was a very...
