「Great communication with Imaan throughout and if i had any questions pre trip, i had a quick response. Easy check in process, details sent the day before. Parking is behind on a public car park and was safe. The property is as expected. It's spacious with a lovely kitchen area, great if you're away with family or friends. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Although just off the high street and the lounge overlooks it, there is No noise at all! So it's just perfectly positioned. Tip: Check...

「A wonderful place to stay for a Lake District break. Hugely spacious, everything finished to a high standard and extremely comfortable. Our only problem was thinking the key for the door was at the front when it was round the back but once we were in we were all hugely impressed. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. We would like to return for a longer break next year.」

「Really nice, spacious, new and clean home, perfect for families and large groups in a convenient location in Kendal and for the rest of the lake district. In particular the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, unlike a lot of other bare bones homes you come across. It's easy to get to, we easily fit a large people mover/van in the double garage. The butcher in the same yard is amazing (try the sausage rolls and pies) and for everything else there's Booth's and M&S next door.」

「10-15 mins drive to Kendal so easy to get there on major road. Well equipped accommodation. Good views across valley. Parking on site good.plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. Coarse fishing lake on site which wasn’t particularly advertised beforehand, or I may have brought some of my fishing gear!」

「Lovely accommodation right in the heart of Kendal. Everything well thought out, and clean and cosy. May not want to visit with young children as some of the pictures on the wall were more adult orientated with no option to remove them for duration of stay.」

「We stayed there for one week and enjoyed the first four days with some quiet time. However for the last two remaining days we had the misfortune of new noisy next door neighbours who made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The walk round the lake was very nice and the in-house restaurant offering reasonably priced dining options.」
