「The property is within a stone's throw from everything in Bowness, but that's about it. The flat itself is spacious, but it is meh. It lacks some touches, and most amenities need refurbishing/replacing. Only one vertical fan was available, and the small fans in each room is a heater/fan combo that does not provide cooling especially in the heat. 「Lovely apartment . Loved the colourful light above window table which got bright sun in the morning, very well equipoed kitchen area and great full stretch bath to soak away alot of walking. Excellent location for Bowness amenities and the lake and about 20 mins steady walk back to train station. Buses, cafes 2 minutes away. Only slight niggle were fibre pillows bit hard and flat for me but i was that tired from being out and about it didnt stop me sleeping and i would stay again 😊」

「Great property which actually has views of the lake and is ideally situated - close to everything but also quiet. The property was immaculately clean with all the utensils that you need for cooking. Lovely clean, fresh bedding and towels. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided along with the basics like salt, pepper and oil. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also provided. Only slight criticisms would be not a great deal of storage available for food and it would be nice if a few coathangers...

"2泊しました。ケンダル駅から近く、移動にも観光にも便利な立地です。 朝食が特に気に入りました。通常のイングリッシュ・ブレックファストだけでなく、ベジタリアンメニューなども柔軟に選べ、味もとても美味しかったです。ダイニングの雰囲気も良く、朝からゆったり過ごせました。 部屋はどこかアットホームで落ち着く雰囲気があり、快適に滞在できました。建物自体にも歴史を感じさせる趣があり、ケンダルという街の雰囲気によく合っていると感じました。 一点だけ気になったのはタオル交換です。客室清掃が3日に1回という方針は理解していますし、タオルは別途依頼すれば交換してもらえるとの案内もありました。ただ、一度お願いした際には行き違いがあったのか交換されておらず、後ほどフロントで改めてお願いするとすぐに対応してもらえました。 その点を除けば、立地、朝食、雰囲気ともに満足度が高く、ケンダル滞在の拠点として良いホテルでした。"
