We were in the basement, and there was some noise from the group who stayed on the main floor. When I told Happy, she was incredibly kind and handled the situation for us with no issue. "We had the best time staying in this beautiful house! It was the perfect amount of room for the 6 of us. Plenty of space to spread out and also come together in the huge, well stocked kitchen. There's a nice big table where we relaxed and played games after a busy day. We had the best time visiting with Bill, Kim and Sophia sitting around their fire and hearing stories. An unexpected bonus to our stay! We were only there one night but it felt like home. Highly recommend!"

"The property manager communicated so well. They got in touch with me anytime I had an issue quickly. Location is great. Close to shopping and just about everything. About 20-30 drive to the airport. I did have to buy garbage bags and dish tabs for the dishwasher, but other than that it was a really nice stay and I would recommend this to anybody coming for a short stay in Anchorage."
