"Fireplace was nice. Room was ok. Staff was more interested in talking to one another then people staying there. Kenny from Las Vegas, Cory both bartenders and Darlene housekeeper was interested in the guest and you felt like they cared about the service they were providing. We had a car to get around but I would have been bored just staying there. No activities to do."

"This was a cabin for 4 adults for a fishing trip. It was everything needed to fish hard all day and come back to camp and relax. There is running water and a shower with toilet. A microwave and a mini fridge is also in the room with two double beds. The coffee maker was a welcome addition for the next morning. The restaurant and bar was very welcoming and food was well made and the portions were more than fair. Overall I would recommend Gwins lodge to anyone looking for a base camp after a...

"This place was wonderful. A little rustic, but the location and the restaurant on site were just lovely. The door was delicious, the cabin was clean and had everything you would need. The location was a hikers dream. I wish we’d stayed a week! "
