This place is disgusting, they recycle food items, staff is unwelcoming, sometimes even rude, food is terrible, my son and I had diarrhea since the second day, only positive is the beach and the view, I would not recommend this place to people I dislike!!!

Very enjoyable week

Overall stay was good, family enjoyed the several pools and private beach. Yes there were many Russians but honestly they caused no problem at all. Food at lunch and dinner could have been better but there was a very large selection of food and the snacks around the pool areas with fries, burgers, shawarmas, free drinks and ice cream were very good. They held a bbq, which was really good but unfortunately this was only one day in the week we stayed. Shisha (narghile) available in the garden close to the beach at an additional price was some of the best I've ever tried and the service regarding the charcoal maintenance etc was second to none. The hotel also provides watersports at an additional charge, which was really good but a little bit on the expensive side. One negative was the cleaning lady would always seem to miss something out when cleaning, replacing or restocking but overall the room and hotel in itself was clean and presentable and the staff around the hotel was excellent. The had entertainment on site but i never really watched except once and it was pretty decent. They had a disco or dance area in the evenings near the bar but this is not my thing so can't comment.

Pro’s: 1) Great price! You can’t beat all inclusive accommodation with beach access for such a lucrative price! Breakfast only hotels without a beach access were almost the same price as Armas 2) Sea is beautiful, warm and clean. You may say the same about other hotels in the area, but this is obviously an advantage 3) Volleyball court and tennis tables were a plus. I had few excellent volleyball games 4) Personnel. Most of the personnel is welcoming and friendly Con’s: 1) Room was on almost below ground floor level and had a terrible view into dilapidated tunnel. Major walking pass was right above the room so you could hear constant chatting all the time 2) Food was mediocre to say the least. Turkish food is excellent, but you will never find this out if only consumed at Armas hotel. Variety is non-existent and it is pretty much the same every single day. 3) Reception meets you with a heavy cigarette smoke. They do not smoke at reception itself, but rather in the adjacent room. But you can’t miss how terrible it smells. 4) Customer service is non-acceptable. I had booked a room with two beds and had to ask three times two days in a row to get me a second bed or move into a room with two beds. In the end receptionist bluntly asked me why do I need two beds and why can’t I share bed with my 16 year old son? In the end I have got a bed, but this was an ordeal. 4) Smoking at the beach. There are No Smoking signs at the entrance, but no one cares or enforces it

Hotel is bad

Reception is located across the main boulevard which you get to through a tunnel. Food was average to poor. Only the salad was good with good variety. The fruits were limited to plums,watermelon and apples. Coffee from machine is poor. Fruit juices is just ready sugary juices. Not from fresh fruit. Cakes all looked nice but were stale. Most food is frozen defrosted and cooked. The same food is available every day. But one day the fish is tasty. The next day it is tasteless. Rooms are small and facing the wall of another hotel. All night loud noise from the neighbour's air conditioning extractor fan which was kindly located on our tiny balcony area. We did not sleep well at all because of the noise. Some free alcohol and cocktails available. Turkish coffee is available outside in a coffee bar. Animation was poor. Very little entertainment that I noticed. The water slide is dangerous. My son (10) tried it and got bruised badly because of a steep part followed by a hard landing on a straighter part. Beach is packed. Very difficult to find 2 chairs together. Sauna is always packed. Hammam has children playing water sports in there. Mostly Russian visitors here. Staff speak some Russian but other languages such as English no. Room was dirty and had a bad odour that was being masked with some air freshener spray. The curtains had a dirty smell. Carpets are bleach stained and worn. Lift is very slow. Easier and quicker to use the stairs.

Armas Gül Beach hoteli çok beğendim. Personel işini güleryüzlü ve ciddiyetle yapıyor. Müşteri memnuniyetinin ön planda olduğu devamlı ve her alanda hissediliyor.Sadece otel çok kalabalık bazı yerlerde sıra oluyor.Yemekler bol ve çeşitli ama lezzet konusunda biraz sıkıntı var. Tatlılar güzel. Animasyonu çok beğendim. Otelin her yerinde bir ikram alanı var. Tekrar gelmeyi isterim.

Otelin konumu guzel, denize sifir. Fakat hizmet kalitesi ve yemekler kotu. Fiyat/performans olarak dusunursek eger makul denebilir. Odalar guzel, temiz, bu acidan olumlu degerlendirilmeli. Fakat yemekler ve hizmet oldukca kotu. Restoranda bulasikcinin gorevi garsonlara verildigi icin tek tek kirli tabaklari temizleyip organize etmeye calistiklarindan yetisemiyorlar ve temiz masa bulmak oldukca zor. Yemeklerde lezzetsiz ve ozensiz, beyaz peynir bile en en kotusu tercih edilmis. Yeme-icme ile ilgili sikintisi olmayanlar icin ideal bir otel. Cocuklu aileler icin dikkat edilmesi gereken sey ise mini club var ama yok. Gunde 1 saat hizmet veriyor, fakat cocuklari ailesine teslim etmek yerine etkinlik sonunda basi bos birakiyorlar. O cocuk tek basina havuza gitmis, denize gitmis ilgilenen yok. Mini club’a teslim edilen cocuk ailesine teslim edilir, basi bos birakilmaz!

La chambre est simple, le personnel du ménage super agréable. Au niveau de la restauration c'était plutôt correct, personnel d'un petit snack,2 demoiselles vraiment pas professionnelles qui ne veut pas travailler. Il y a une belle plage avec Galet Hôtel bien situé
