「Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay.
