"Rooms are ok very large. Stay was fine and had room cleaned once over the 3 days. Asked for ice and a new tv remote battery and both requested were completed in less than 10 minutes. Nice and central. Coffee shop on federation street right across from the main entrance is a must go. Coffee excellent and we all loved the breakfast options. Healthy and tasty. "

"Great size apartment, however on the ground floor level so noisy with tram stops garage access. Good facilities with well equipped gym & large lap pool."

"Stayed here twice. First stay was fine but on second stay there was a noticeable drain smell as soon as we first opened the door to our room. After reporting the problem an attempt was made to remedy the issue however the smell returned. We resorted to leaving the bathroom extractor fan running. We would stay there again but in hindsight we should have rejected the room when we arrived."

"Enjoyed this lovely, bright comfortable one bed apartment with balcony. The location was good with restaurants and a large park with great walking trails close by and only a 15 minute walk to city. The bed was large annd very comfortable with good quality bedding annd toiletries provided. Apartment had oven, dishwasher and washer and a dryer which was like home from home. It would be beneficial by supplying basics like cooking oil and foil wrap to keep oven and pans in good order also only left one coffee bag each day so had to share our coffee, plenty of tea and instant but only if you like that. "
