「I loved the history of the hotel and the manager, Bryan, was impressive beyond all expectations. He was gracious, informative, enthusiastic, passionate and I could have listened all day as we took us through the formation of Greeensboro. My hope is that the hotel will be preserved to secure the history and stand as the institution that it is. It is a gem and deserves to be treated as such.」
「Have of a used shampoo was in the bathroom for use was alittle weird. There was a dead cockroach on the desk in room just picked it up. There was a Heineken beer cap on floor under desk in room. Smelled like stale smoke. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was great. Just those small minor things other then that stay went well.」
