"Room was comfortable, A/C was fantastic and the shower was amazing. The room was very big. The staff were amazing. Very friendly. I did not have the breakfast. The bed was comfortable. I will book here again when I visit family."

"The hot tub was down and never filled up, it was cold water. When we mentioned something to the front desk, nothing was done really. They said it would turn warm and fill up, however it never did. "

"The hotel was immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. My kids were mesmerized by the wall fountain and bubble wall. The hotel did not feel like it was in Garden City, Kansas; it felt very high-class. The staff members were all incredibly helpful and kind. When we asked about restaurants, they had a list of local places and gave great recommendations. They even gave us a discount card!"

"The staff was fairly nice at first but the quality of the room was terrible, pictures will explain. I talked to them about the poor quality of the room and advertising a pool online but not communicating until I got there that the pool was closed. They responded by telling me I could swim in it even though their cleaning pump was broken and the pool was disgusting. Then when I tried to change my booking to a new hotel (through hotels.com) and the manager were terribly uncooperative. It took 3 and a half hours of phone calls to get a new booking because they kept trying to find alternative ways to keep me staying there. I think this establishment needs to be renovated completely before anyone else stays there."
