"Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating. There is a common kitchen with all the amenities: a small oven, gas, electric kettle, so it was super convenient to also make some simple...

"The hotel is beautiful as in the pictures; the rooms are quite comfortable, breakfast is generous and the terraces have one of the most amazing views of the mountains I've ever seen. But that's a double-edged sword. It looks like this hotel and its restaurant have become the main tourist attraction in the area. It is the most crowded hotel I've ever been to; we could never find a table at dinner, and there is not a lounge area or a single chair in the hotel that hasn't become part of the restaurant. Besides, it's also a popular venue for wedding parties. After a long ride and looking for a quiet night close to nature, we had a noisy wedding party right next to our room that lasted until midnight. So I would recommend you look for a less expensive place to stay in the area and go to the hotel restaurant. They seem to care more about the restaurant guests than the people who are staying at the hotel."

"Very clean and nice looking smallish hotel. Wasn't where I expected as was a little way out of the main town of Stepantsminda (3 or 4 km i think), but that is my mistake. Still the location is amazing in a beautiful valley and on the road to Juta which is fantastic and well worth a visit (recommended by reception). Breakfast was very good with good selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the guy on reception. Beautiful maintained big lawn on the property and super surroundings. The hotel is like new (4 years old) and very well maintained, Had some problems with the lift on the one day but they tried to fix ASAP, luckily only 4 floors :). Beds comfortable and all rooms have decent sized bathroom and a balcony, good for smokers like me :( Only one thing I would suggest, please use your super dinning room for breakfast not the cellar, it is a waste of a really great area. Most probably little inconvenient for you, but I think guests would appreciate it. Maybe a little expensive for where and what it is but really did enjoy it."
