We loved our time at there Fairmont Dallas. The staff is incredible, helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for all our activities with the kids and the pool and garden area were perfect for gathering. We loved our rooms and even discovered they have maintenance on call round the clock for issues. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

The place itself was nice. The area not so much. Most importantly I blame Expedia because you had this designated as a Downtown hotel- this was not downtown. It was a mile or so from downtown and the walk there was through a rough neighborhood.

Awesome convention center and I found out three major events were going on while I was there for the event I attended, “Dallas Marathon”. I experienced no conflicts with parking or crowd control, etc.
