Onsen is the best part of this stay as this might be the only region you may find the pearl theme onsen with many good quality skin products free for use. Overall a very satisfying stay here, will definitely come back again next time!"

At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! Highly recommended if you go to Nagoya "
