「Staff is always so kind and welcoming!」

「Didn’t have breakfast or use the pool. 」

「The room was clean and beds and linen comfortable. Good shower and thermostat in room. Breakfast was good for as advertised grab and go. I didn't use the pool this time and it looks like you can do laundry there. Seems friendly, the reception gave me a Xmas mug with cookies, hot chocolate, marshmallows and tea for my overnight stay on Christmas day.
