"y husband and I enjoyed our 6-night stay in the Cozy Clark Suite. The accommodations were clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable! Although it was within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants the neighborhood was very quiet. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to park in the back, off the alley. One caveat – if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the unit for you. The stairs that enter from the back of the property are quite steep. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great place! Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Clean, plenty of furniture, utensils, beds were made correctly and clean. Check in and out were very easy. Management company did a great job. Check out was super easy...towels in washer and dishes in dishwasher. Would stay again!"
"Quaint feel with exposed brick in rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood, close to Katie trail. Walking distance to historic downtown about a mile away. Several coffe shops within a couple if blocks. Easy access to freeways."
"This was our 3rd time staying here as it is perfect for when one of us visits our daughter who attends Lindenwood University. We each have our own room, we can make meals, use the laundry machines, enjoy the TV and best of all it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Just wish the frying pan would be updated as it is warped and proper wine glasses would be supplied. :)"

"This house is unique and very spacious. Early 20th-century charm with nice modern amenities. The two full bathrooms are huge which made getting ready at the same time very convenient. Kitchen was stocked with most of what you’d need. Location is close to Main Street with fun shops and restaurants. Beds were squeaky and a little uncomfortable. That’s our only feedback for improvement. We’d definitely stay again. "
