Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. 「We were not able to stay at the property but Katherine, the host, was very nice and responsive when we called for help. The email Vrbo sent with the directions to the property were not correct. It sent us to a totally different property in an entirely different location of the property we rented. We searched and searched from around 5:30 in the afternoon until about 7:30 but to no avail. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. 」

「We were able to spend a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with my son and his wife in New York. My family came with me for their first visit to New York. The house was comfortable and spacious. It allowed all of us to play, read, relax and be together as a family. 」

「Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable beds, designated free parking, full kitchen, and always felt safe. We all enjoyed watching the marmot out our bedroom window! (Currently there is construction on the house next door, so the view out the dining area isn't great.) Was disappointed there were only 4 pods for the Keurig for 4 people for 3 mornings. (Coffee in the morning is important to us.) Responses from owner were on occasion slow. Overall it was a very nice stay!」

「We stayed for a birthday weekend with a few other couples and had a great time. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each 'area' of the house is incredibly comfortable (especially the movie theater). If you need anything there are plenty of stores close by and the area is very safe. Overall, no complaints and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.」
