"This place is perfectly adequate. You will have everything you need: how water, breakfast, etc. and it's in a really good location. In Thamel, but down a nice quiet street. One of the staff seemed annoyed with us when we were 10 mins late for breakfast, but he didn't start making it until we came down which also wasted time for us. So that that was the only hiccup during the stay."

"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. "I was very impressed with this hotel! So that we extended one more night. Good customer service, helpful, friendly, professional. Room was fine with view. The hotel is huge and pool was nice. I highly recommend the Indian restaurant (we visited it twice) & the room service (was so good) and the outdoor lounge. Breakfast was very good & different than usual options.
