"What a fantastic place to stay! We had a wonderful time. The suite is bigger than the pictures indicate. The breathtaking view on the sea from the large open patio/sitting area is exactly as advertised, but there are also two bedrooms, one on each side, separated by a corridor with a bathroom, plus the kitchenette. "First time in Kalkan and loved it. Villa is lovely, well equipped with great views. A lot of the owners belongings in the wardrobes and drawers that somewhat restrict storage for our clothes. Also the 5th “bedroom” is right at the top of the house located within the laundry room and had no access to a toilet and/or bathroom. This should be highlighted in the description. Also unfortunately the games room snooker table is in bad shape and the access is underneath the villa and down steep...

"Just Wow! That sums up everything about gin and tonic. Perfect location, I loved walking a few minutes to have a daily mile in the sea! Perfectly appointed, quiet, well equipped, the most outstanding view! Loved the feline visitors which we fed daily! Liz was fantastic to communicate with, especially when we lost our bank card which created some issues! As soon as we got home I went online to rebook as it’s such a truly amazing place. "We had the most wonderful 11 nights at villa Siv. It has everything you need. Even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures. And the views.. wow!! It is up a few steep hills so walking back from the little shop can be tough in the heat, but the benefit of being up there are incredible views, a much welcomed breeze and not a lot of noise. The shops will deliver for free. Taxis are very easy to get and extremely cheap. Around £3 to town when we were there, so no problem being a bit further...

"We had a fantastic holiday in this villa. The pool was amazing and the kids were in it all day every day. The Villa was clean and well equipped. The location felt safe and was quiet with amazing views down onto Kalkan. It is a walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants and the incline back home was too much to walk but with readily available cheap taxis it was never a problem. "This is the 2nd time were have stayed in this villa. We noticed some deterioration in the overall look of the property and I even got stuck in the downstairs en-suite shower room when I tried to exit this room and the handle came out of its fitting and I was unable to get out of the shower room. I spent around 45 minutes locked in and eventually the whole handle and locking mechanism had to be removed which was never replaced whilst we were staying in the property so had a large hole in the door...

"We had a lovely holiday in this great villa. The villa is beautifully situated high up in the mountain outside of Kalkan where it is slightly cooler and with lovely views. The villa is extremely well equipped, it was very clean and the outdoor space is lovely. It's very peaceful whilst only a 10-15 minute drive into Kalkan. The local restaurants in Islamar are well worth a visit too."

"Mehmet organised everything from the start. He arranged a pick up from the airport and was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived. He helped to organise taxis during our stay and was generally so helpful. The villa itself was just as shown and is a very short walk from a fabulous restaurant called “the Castle All in all a very pleasant stay"
