Ok for overnight stay. I have to agree that the room wasn't as clean as expected and very basic. however, for the price point in Kalkan it was ok. The breakfast and view from the restaurant was lovely. The reception staff were helpful and polite.

Lovely hotel set about 50m back from the waterfront on a quiet street. Spacious room with a fridge and large king sized bed! Staff were excellent and very helpful, breakfast on a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the harbour. Highly recommended!

What a great little hotel and right in the heart of the old town. easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants all right on the doorstep. The staff were fabulous, warm and welcoming, always very helpful. The Turkish breakfast was brilliant too, lots of variety brought to your table. Don't expect a full English and why would you. Go for the healthy option of olives, several different breads, eggs, fresh tomatoes and cucumber and at least 4 different jams and honeys. Room service was always available. We're going back as soon as we can.

Booked this because of all the amazing reviews and ratings but for us it was average. Plus points it’s right near the harbour and walking to all the bars, cafes and restaurants. Amazing views from the roof top restaurant at breakfast. Negatives…NOISE omg didn’t realise 2 nightclubs the next street. The room was shaking until 3am. Tiny bathroom you would struggle if a larger person. Also breakfast was ok. Eggs, salad and bread basically. No fruit juices just tea and coffee

Very good!

The owner/receptionist is very kind and gives any kind of advice or information you ask. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. A little bit noisy place because of the discobar nearby. Overall, a very pleasant stay

A lovely room upgrade, thanks. Great breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Bay. Parking & road was a bit narrow. Some instructions may have helped as there was easier parking below the hotel.

A little gem of a hotel in the centre of Kalkan

We stay for a week and we’re made so welcome by Ahmet and his team . The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Kalkan .Our room had a fabulous view of the harbour very well appointed for this class of hotel comfortable bed and good sized bathroom . The included breakfast was superb taken in the roof top restaurant overlooking the bay of Kalkan . We ate at the restaurant on four nights of our stay . It has an Asian menu and both the Indian and Chinese choices are outstanding . Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and restaurant and hope to return soon .

Great staff but overall a poor stay

The lady running reception is really excellent - but that's where the good news end. The location should be a plus so close to the harbour but unfortunately (and not their fault) you are within 50 yards of the clubs which pound out the loud music until 2 am. In the room itself, beds are very hard and uncomfortable with just one cover and the aircon was such that you either froze or suffocated. The tiny bathroom flooded every time the shower was used, clearly the drain hadn't been cleaned, so the wet floor made it pretty dangerous. Plenty of storage space. Breakfast was pretty poor and certainly not plentiful. I wouldn't chose Zinbad again.

Die Unterkunft war sehr laut, mitten im belebtem Viertel. Habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt aufgrund der Lautstärke und dem Zustand des Zimmers. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal war ok, es wurde nur das nötigste gemacht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das einzig positive an dieser Unterkunft ist der bezaubernde Ausblick von der Terrasse.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber das Bad war nicht sauber. Unser Balkon war voll mit Vogelscheiße. Es wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Der Abfluss vom Bad war nicht ausreichend, so dass da das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Ausreichend aber nicht mit viel Auswahl. Der kleine Mini Kühlschrank war nicht sauber da waren Haare drinne. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert hat aber gestunken. Es war abends sehr laut, da in der Nähe sehr viele Bars sind, weil die Anlage direkt in der Innenstadt ist. Die Lage vom Hotel ist top

Otelde geçirdiğimiz zaman gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Odalar son derece temiz ve ferah. Yataklar rahat, uyku kalitemiz oldukça iyiydi. Otelin konumu şehir merkezine ve turistik yerlere çok yakın. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve her zevke uygun seçenekler mevcut. Yemeklerin lezzeti ve sunumu da oldukça başarılıydı. Personel son derece nazik, yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Check-in ve check-out işlemleri hızlı ve sorunsuzdu. Oteldeki genel atmosfer huzurlu ve samimi. İnternet bağlantısı güçlü ve kesintisizdi. Otelin dekorasyonu modern ve zevkliydi. Fiyat-performans açısından beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir yer. Teşekkür ederiz!

Hôtel à fuir pour son service médiocre

Je ne comprends pas les notes misent pour cet établissement Sur la page de l’hôtel, il a mentionné « parking gratuit » sauf qu’il n’y a pas de parking gratuit, les gens se garent sur les côtés des rues qui ne sont pas des parking et peu de place, le seul vrai parking est payant Il faudra monter de longs escaliers pour arriver à l’hôtel cependant il est bien placé L’accueil est basique La chambre bas de gamme, assez petite et pas complètement propre, la Clim fonctionne bien, le lit n’est pas très confortable mais ça va, il a un frigo a l’intérieur de la chambre Depuis la chambre nous attendons tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir ou dehors Le montant de la porte est tombé sur ma tête en voulant ouvrir la porte, heureusement que je ne me suis pas fait mal Pour le petit déjeuner, très peu de choix, le personnel se permet de manger en meme temps que les clients sans remplir les plats et de se garder certains aliments pour eux, ils ne sont pas du tout cordiaux et pas aimable. Ils n’ont pas aimés que l’on prennent des photos de leurs buffets pour montrer la réalité Le seul point positif est la vue sur la mer Pas de bonjour et pas de au revoir pour la remise des clefs A fuir !
