「The staff was wonderful. I cannot remember the name of the one woman working the front desk but she was so welcoming to our 2 year old (Finn) and each morning of our stay he was excited to go down and talk to her. Made the stay that much better!

「Big building complex. I initially could not find it because Google Maps showed it on the wrong side of the street. If you look on the correct side of the street, you cannot miss it. Parking is 1.5 blocks away at the City Hall parking garage. Copley Court gives a discount code to guests that reduces 24-hour parking from $45 to $18.50. Most of the main attractions in the city are within walking distance.」
「We had a wonderful experience in Cork. The hotel had everything that we needed. Since this was our third destination on the trip, we badly needed to do some laundry and the hotel has some excellent provision for that. The room was well equipped with a fridge and kitchenette. The location is excellent. The Moxy's bar next door has some awesome drinks and live music. The hotel is close to everything (pretty much). The breakfast is great. The staff is wonderful.

「The room was spotless and comfortable. The only thing that needs address (including for students that normally live there) is that there is absolutely no privacy on the higher floors. For some reason the lower floor rooms has the bottom half of the window with privacy glass but not higher up rooms meaning that rooms opposite can see right into each other unless the whole blind is pulled down! 「Very enjoyable one night stay. At check in Emma was very kind and helpful in getting us a room that suited us…. this was a great start. We were very happy with our room.
Breakfast was very good and there was a lovely lady who gave us a table that we liked. The cooked breakfast was good but for a person not having a hot meal, the fruit was disappointing. Also the orange juice was awful and the brown bread was stale 」
「This is excellent hotel enhanced tremendously by the most friendly and attentive staff. The hotel property is very spacious and kept very clean. The food served in the restaurants is very good too. Free access to the pool, sauna and steam room is an added bonus. In short, one doesn’t have to leave the hotel, everything is taken care of in the most luxurious surroundings. Don’t miss this gem of the hotel if you are in Cork. 」
「Dave was warm, welcoming and very helpful about the area. Our room was outfitted well for a guest house. There was a small lounge on the 2nd floor for our use, as well.
Great water pressure in the shower. The bed was slightly too firm for my comfort but my husband loved it. 」
