"Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. "

"Really didn't enjoy our stay. The room was dirty especially around the windows and in poor state of repair with multiple chips in the basin. We had to climb a very old spiral staircase to get to the room which would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Finally we were given a choice of breakfast either at 7.15 am or 10.15 and nothing was available in between."

The living space was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again, highly recommended!"
