  • Welcome to this very beautiful villa with exciting floor plan.



    Inside the house you can expect many cozy areas for socializing and relaxing. The large glass areas let in a lot of light and you can enjoy the view over Lake Vänern. The house is very modern and the kitchen, which is fully equipped, invites you to have cozy dinners. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and the house has 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds. In the middle of the house there is a winter garden, which can be easily opened/closed with large glass surfaces. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.



    On the large terrace there is a wood-fired hot tub and in the garden there is a wood-fired sauna, so you can experience wonderful wellness moments on vacation.



    It is about 20 minutes to Karlstad, which offers many sights, good shopping, nice restaurants and a wide range of entertainment. 300 meters from the accommodation is a swimming area with fine sandy beach.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen im Alter von 7 bis 50. Wir machen seit Jahren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern dieser Größe. Dieses Haus war mit Abstand das komfortabelste. Sowohl die Outdoor- als auch die Küche selbst ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kücheninsel bietet nicht nur Arbeitsfläche, sondern war auch oft Mittelpunkt des Zusammenkommens. Hinzukommen, die Sauna, das HotTub, die sehr schön gestaltete Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt.Wir sind viel Fahrrad gefahren, konnten z.B. auch im Wald Beeren sammeln und haben die Umgebung auch zu Fuß gut erkunden können. Ein Liegeplatz für ein eigenes Boot ist direkt am See, ca. 20 Meter vorm Haus. Der Badestarad ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet einen tolle. Platz zum grillen und verweilen. Der Einstieg ins Wasser ist sehr flach abfallend was für unsere Kinder von Vorteil war. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
