"The first night we arrived the AC unit wouldn’t turn on. I called the number and was told someone would come take a look. Move ever did come and when I tried to call again no answer. Then the second night when we came back to room there were no parking spots so we called and answering service told us they would contact property management and call us back. We got a call back telling us we could park out front of the property. That’s not what we payed for. We paid for the secured parking behind the code access only gate. Also it’s not advertised anywhere that room cleaning is an additional fee. However once you check in you find out that room cleaning is an additional charge otherwise they direct you to laundry room for mom etc. Wouldn’t stay again "

"This place is very poorly managed and very dirty. The carpet in the hallway just down from our room was wet for some reason. It appeared to have come out of a nearby room. The two of the towels in the bathroom were damp and one appeared to have been used to remove makeup. The shower head leaked from every direction when you used it. The whole place, not just the rooms, was poorly cleaned. The beds that were sold as queens were only doubles. The whole building smelled musty. I've stayed in worse hotels, but this one is quite far down there."
