"Absolutely rubbish! Disgusting. Place is dirty and filthy. The swimming pool had no water. I literally left the place after 48 hours even after paying for 7 days. Receptionist are rude.
They charged me even after I had paid already. They claimed they had no association to hotels.com. I had to make numerous international phone calls to hotels.com to review my bookings.

We had organized a Zambezi cano trip afterwards and our host was very familiar with the company we were using, gave us some practical tips which all helped start the trip off with the right expectations (also highly recommend the cano trip!)."
