Very basic, but clean room. No air conditioning. Located 1 block off of a very loud and busy street. We did not feel safe walking around the immediate neighborhood. Staff spoke very limited English, and communication was challenging.

After camping in the Serengeti for 4-5 days, we need a clean and comfortable hotel room to re-pack and clean up. The rooms here are massive and the amenities, top notch. Having breakfast on the rooftop was also a plus. If I am ever back in Arusha - this will be where I stay!

Well-priced rooms with all the amenities that a weary traveler could ask for. Breakfast was varied and delicious, the grounds are lovely and it is a very safe environment. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when we had a later arrval than anticipated! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property in somewhat isolated area. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only regret did not allow enough time to enjoy the property. The restaurant does not offer ala carte choice but requests can be accommodated.

We had a wonderful experience staying at NJIA Panda tented lodge. The property is only about two years old, so everything in in great condition. We were the only guests one of the two nights and received exceptional service. The meals were great with serving sizes so large we were never able to finish. ...
